Diodrama (2017)

Sculptural installation.

Assorted model furniture, video, DVD player, light fixtures.

 

Three photos of interiors of family homes (Frankfurt/Oder 1933, Jerusalem 1935, London 1937) found in the family archive are recreated in model form and along with a grainy film made using the original old photos, become part of an installation. To view the video clip click here. 

 

Diodrama is part of a body of work in  development that focuses on home, homeland and rights to a home and was so far exhibited as part of Viewfinder (2017).
